Mimicking thin, harmoniously intertwined branches reaching upward, the Bosco bookcase by Mentemano was designed in Milan by architect Nicola Gisonda, the design studio’s artistic director. Five metal shelves give the free-form piece modern angles, while a matte black finish evokes midnight shadows in the deep woods. Modern, elegant, and functional, it’s dynamic enough to appear pleasingly wayward to the eye.
